Orders are processed within 24 hours and sent directly to our master weavers. The handcrafting process—including wool spinning, natural dyeing, weaving, and washing—takes approximately 5 to 7 weeks. During winter months, wool drying takes a bit more time, so please allow an extra 1 to 2 weeks.

As soon as your rug leaves Marrakech, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship all orders via FedEx Express Air from Marrakech. If FedEx does not service your location, we will route your delivery via DHL.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Since each rug is a unique handwoven piece, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival. Please note that carriers do not deliver on weekends.
Can I expedite my order?
In a rush? Contact us at contact@berberhome.com and we will do our best to speed up production. However, please keep in mind that authentic hand-weaving requires meticulous time and care!
What if my rug arrives damaged?
We package every rug with extreme care. However, if any damage occurs during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@berberhome.com and we will resolve it right away.
What is your return policy?
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the rug must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel and receive a full refund. Beyond this time, production begins and cancellations can no longer be accepted as each rug is custom made by hand.
